Description:
Within the framework of the procurement procedure, the contracting authority "National Electricity Company" EAD (NEK EAD) aims to select a contractor for the provision of insurance services under insurance "General Civil Liability" in connection with the licensing activities provided by the company under the Energy Act.
The general civil liability insurance insurer is obliged to cover within the limits of the appointed insurance amount of the contracting authority for the property and non -pecuniary damage caused by him, which are directly and Immediate result from the insurance event.
The insurer selected as contractor should compensate the contracting authority within the agreed limits of liability:
- For all the amounts that the contracting authority is responsible, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, to pay as compensation for property and non -pecuniary damage to third parties occurring during the period of operation of the contract during or in connection with the performance of the contracting authority;
- for a financial loss of third parties, representing a direct result of the occurrence of an insured event covered under the contract;
