• 26IP-Ч19А028 Repair and restoration activities at NEK EAD sites The subject of this order is the implementation of repair and restoration activities at sites managed by NEK EAD located in the territories of Sofia region and Blagoevgrad regions, Burgas, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Kardjali, Montana, Pazardzhik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Sofia, Stara Zagora, Haskovo. The assignment of a specific object is carried out by sending a written notification from the contracting party to the contractor, in which specify the location of the object, the type, volume of the activities (works) and the maximum period of execution. Within a period of up to 5 working days from the date of sending the written notification, the contracting authority shall hand over the work site to the contractor for the corresponding object. Work on the assigned object begins after the signing of the Protocol for the handover of the work site by the Employer to the Contractor, according to the Employer's model. The construction and assembly works (SMR) assigned with specific orders for each individual object, will be expressed mainly, but not only, in the following activities (works): Implementation of energy efficiency measures - Replacement of windows, Thermal insulation of external walls, Thermal insulation of roofs, Replacement of old CFL lighting fixtures with ESL, Measures on building heating installation - replacement of building installation and heating elements; Measures for automatic control of the heating installation; Implementation of activities prescribed in the technical passport of the building, regarding...
