"Receipt and treatment of waste from ships in the ports under Art. 106a of the Law on the Maritime Spaces, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria - Varna and Burgas" under separate positions The subject of this order is the provision of maritime technical port services upon acceptance and processing of waste from ships in Varna port for public transport in the sense of art. 106a of the Law on Maritime Spaces, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria (ZMPVVPPRB) and in the public transport port of Burgas under the meaning of Art. 106a ZMPVVPPRB. The purpose of the order is, in accordance with the current regulations, to select contractors for the services of receiving and processing oil-containing waste from ships, domestic waste water from ships and solid waste from ships, respectively, according to Annexes I, IV and V to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, amended by the Protocol of 1978 (MARPOL 73/78) and the Protocol of 1997 in the Bulgarian seaports of Varna and Burgas. The service covers the operations of collection, transport, treatment and/or controlled transfer for the subsequent treatment of waste from ships. The public procurement is the division of 20 separate positions, and through the present open procedure, 17 of them.
