Description:
The public procurement is for periodically recurring services for the reception, transportation and treatment/disposal of hazardous hospital waste generated by the activities of "SBALAG - Maichin dom" EAD, for four separate positions, determined depending on the codes of the hazardous hospital waste and requirementsand for their treatment.
The activities included in the scope of the relevant separate item are carried out in accordance with the special requirements and provisions of the Waste Management Act (WMA); the Environmental Protection Act (EPA); Ordinance No. 2 of 23.07.2014 on the classification of wastecites; Ordinance No. 1 of 09.02.2015 on the requirements for waste collection and treatment activities on the territory of medical and health facilities; Ordinance No. 1 of 04.06.2014, as well as all other legal acts regulating the transport, storage and treatment of hazardous hospital wasteand other activities on the subject of this order.
