The implementation of the subject of the public procurement includes activities on: Provision by the employer of an additional social benefit in the form of food vouchers, which is legally exempt from taxation and mandatory insurance contributions. Issuance, provision, periodical charging and administration of food vouchers on electronic media in the sense of ORDER No. 7 of 07/09/2003 on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to operate as an operator of paper and electronic food vouchers carrier, for issuing food vouchers on electronic media, the characteristics of the issued food vouchers on electronic media and carrying out activities as an operator (Title add. - SG No. 99 of 2023, in force from 01.01.2024) (Ordinance No. 7), in connection with Art. 209a, para. 2 of the ZKPO for the employees of the Sofia Philharmonic.
