• Separate position No. 1: Archaeological studies of site No. 17A and site No. 33 in connection with the implementation of the site "Looping from Rupcha to Vetrino" to the project "Increasing the capacity for natural gas transmission at the Negru Voda/Kardam interconnection point in direction from Bulgaria to Romania" Separate position No. 2: Complete archaeological surveys of site No. 12 and site No. 18, in connection with the realization of the site "Transmission gas pipeline from Piperevo to Pernik" to the project "Increasing the capacity for natural gas transmission in interconnection point Kulata/Sidirokastro in the direction from Greece to Bulgaria" The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following activities as follows: For specific item No. 1: 1. Obtaining a Permit to carry out field surveys in connection with art. 148, para. 2 of the Law on Cultural Heritage; 2. Carrying out archaeological research on site No. 17A and site No. 33, according to the Civil Code and Section III of Chapter Two of Ordinance No. H-00-0001; 3. Preparation of field documentation for the archaeological studies and its transmission in accordance with chapter four of Ordinance No. H-00-0001 (according to Art. 23, Para. 2 and Art. 25 of Ordinance No. H-00-0001); 4. Activities for acceptance of the relevant field archaeological survey or its completed stage in connection with Art. 158a of ZKN and according to the conditions of chapter four "a" of Ordinance No. H-00-0001.
