• ,,Assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for construction in the Republic of Bulgaria according to ZUT, exercise of construction supervision, performance of the functions of coordinator... Within the scope of the public order, they will be implemented the following activities: Activity 1 Assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the basic requirements for construction (of all parts of the Work Project, including the "Constructive" part), according to the mandatory scope of Art. 142 and Art. 166 of the ZUT; Activity 2 Completion and submission, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of all the documentation necessary to obtain a Construction Permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications under the terms of the Public Works Regulations. Coordination of the documentation and the investment project with all interested state bodies and structures, municipalities and municipal structures, operators of public infrastructures - electricity companies, water supply, electronic communication networks and other affected bodies and organizations. Activity 3 Exercise of construction supervision when carrying out construction and assembly operates, in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, the supply and installation of machines, facilities and technological equipment. The consultant will carry out construction supervision during the implementation of the object within the scope of his responsibility, defined in Art. 168 of the ZUT; Activity 4 Check and control of the delivered and used construction products, according to Art. 169 b para. 1 of ZUT; Activity 5 Performing the functions of a safety and health coordinator in the sense of Ordinance No. 2/22.03.2004 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Ministry of Health and Welfare on minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when performing construction and installation works; Activity 6 Administration an...
