• Assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for the constructions, exercise of construction supervision and preparation of the technical passport of the site: "Restoration of the design... Within the scope of the public order, they will be implemented the following activities: Activity 1 Assessment of compliance with the basic requirements for the construction of all parts of the project, according to the requirements of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the ZUT, in connection with the requirements of Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the ZUT and in scope, according to the requirements of art. 142, para. 5 of the ZUT. Activity 2 Exercise construction supervision during construction Activity 3 Carrying out the functions of the safety and health coordinator under the design and construction contract Activity 4 Preparation of Technical passport The results to be achieved by the Consultant are: 1. Quality provided engineering and consulting services in the implementation of the investment project on time and in a more efficient and transparent manner in accordance with the requirements of the financiers institutions and the applicable Bulgarian legislation. and standards and the specific regulations of the Contracting Authority; 2. Implementation of the investment project within the budget. 3. Qualitatively designed, executed, tested and accepted construction works that meet the stipulated requirements of the Employer, the conditions of the design and construction contracts. 4.
