• Assessment of compliance of an investment project - phase working project and exercise of construction supervision of a site: Replacement of a main gas pipeline in the section LK Kalugerovo - LK Vrachesh The subject of the order includes the performance of the following activities for each of construction stages: 1. Evaluation of compliance of the investment project - phase working project, with the main requirements for constructions according to Art. 142, para. 5 and paragraph 10 of the ZUT; 2. Exercise of construction supervision according to Art. 168, para. 1 in connection with Art. 168, para. 2 by ZUT and carrying out inspection and control of the construction products delivered and used in construction, which ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for construction in accordance with the requirements of the regulation under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical product requirements; 3. Fulfilling the functions of a safety and health coordinator for the stage of construction implementation in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when carrying out construction and assembly works; 4. Preparation of a final report according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT; 5. Compilation and registration of a technical passport for the construction according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions.
