Description:
Assessment of the environmental impact of an investment proposal for the construction of an additional technical water supply - Cold Channel 2. The subject of the service is carrying out an environmental impact assessment (EIA) of an investment proposal (IP) for the construction of an additional technical water supply (DTV) - Cold Canal 2 (SC2), in volume, according to the Normative Regulations described in item 3.3. of Technical Assignment No. 24. NPP. TZ. 662/01. They are within the scope of Technical Assignment No. 24.AEC.TZ.662/01 included: preparation of Terms of Reference for the scope and content of the EIA (EIA Assignment) and, based on it, preparation of the EIA Report (EIA/Report), in accordance with the requirements of the regulations in force in the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of environmental protection environment and biological diversity and the instructions received from the Competent Authority under the EIA procedure. The EIA report must assess the environmental impact of the construction of DTV - SK2, taking into account the cumulative effect. The scope of the Report includes and an assessment of the transboundary impact, as well as an assessment of the degree of impact of the IP on protected areas and protected territories located in the neighborhood.
