- The subject of the public procurement is the performance of public transport of passengers on a total of 28 (twenty-eight) bus lines - part of the Regional Transport Scheme from the quota of the Municipality of Plovdiv. The public transport of passengers should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Motor Vehiclesevozis, Ordinance No. 33 of 1999 on public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Law on Road Traffic and other legal acts relating to the organization of road transport, as well as according to this Technical Specification.
Public transport will is performed according toalleged by Order No. RD-20-155 of 18.08.2022 of the District Governor of Plovdiv Region and Order No. RD-20-163 of 29.08.2022 amending Order No. RD-20-155 of 18.08.2022 of the Regional Governor of the Plovdiv region - timetables for the bus lines from the regional transport scheme fromthe quota of Plovdiv Municipality, an integral part of the documentation.
