The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are detailed and Regulated in the technical specification, an integral part of this documentation.
Method of assignment:
The repair activities for the vehicles will be carried out if necessary, by requesting emails or by telephone by a representative from the respective TP "DGS Gurkovo".
Contractor will issue a complete written guarantee for the quality of the activities performed by it under the vehicles, for a period not less than the warranty period of the spare parts and consumables invested.
List of the most commonly used spare parts and consumables without the contracting authority committed to their Absorption by types and quantities is available in the technical specification.
The contracting authority may also declare spare parts and consumables beyond the specified in the technical specification within the total value of the contract.
In the event that TP "DGS Gurkovo" acquires new vehicles, during the term of action of the contract, the selected contractor must have the possibility of delivery of spare parts and consumables and for them, such as the conditions, prices and the discount rate offered in his price offer are retained.
All costs related to the delivery of spare parts and consumables are at the expense to the contractor.
