• Description:
• The subject of this order includes the implementation of the construction of an object: "Beautification and park development of the regional park "Parvi May" and sports grounds - Karnobat", for which an investment project has been prepared, which has passed the statutory procedures for coordination and approval.
  The object, object of construction in the current procedure, is included in the Investment program for municipal objects under the Law on the State Budget for 2025. For the implementation of the project, an agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Planning and Development and the Municipality of Karnobat for the provision of financial support.
  The area designated for reconstruction is with an area of ​​10,858 sq.m. "Fast" pedestrian connections are foreseen, ensuring the needs of visitors to the park space, the passenger flow from the adjacent intersections and the newly designed parking lot. A parking lot with 26 parking spaces has been designed, while the existing lighting fixtures, distinguished in green, have been preserved areas with ground cover vegetation for a better aesthetic impact. Corresponding slopes on the sidewalks have been designed - for people in wheelchairs and mothers with prams for easier access to the park environment. A network of alleys is planned to serve the elements of the park space, children's playground, outdoor fitness, sports fields for basketball, football and tennis court, seating, picnic area with mobile facility - quick service facility, mobile facility - security room, bandstand with pergola and seating, informational illuminated signs, drinking Fontanka.
