• The subject of this order includes the implementation of the construction of a site: "Beautification and park development of the regional park "Parvi May" and sports grounds - the city of Karnobat", for which an investment project has been prepared, which has passed the statutory procedures under agreement and approval. The facility subject to construction in the present procedure is included in the Investment Program for Municipal Facilities under the Law on the State Budget for 2025. An agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Land Development and the Municipality of Karnobat for the implementation of the project to provide financial support. The territory designated for reconstruction has an area of ​​10,858 sq.m.
