• This public procurement contains classified information, which is a state secret within the meaning of the Law on the Protection of Classified Information (CLAI), therefore, on the basis of Art. 172, para. 3 of the PPA, the contracting authority sets requirements for the protection of classified information when provided of the technical specification of the participants and their subcontractors in the procedure and at the conclusion of the contract.
  The subject of the public order includes the supply of equipment, construction of an alternative radio-relay system for high-speed connection and warranty support.
  The purpose of assignment of the public order is the provision of an integrated guaranteed communication link by building a radio-relay system to guarantee continuous, fault-tolerant, reliable and high-speed data exchange. This system will guarantee its own and independent connection channel from the terrestrial ones operators.

  The public procurement is related to access to classified information, classified as a state secret with the level of "Confidential", according to the Scheme for the classification of the stages and tasks of the implementation of the public procurement No. KOV-04-01-6/01.08.2025.
