- The implementation of this public procurement aims to build and maintain a system environment, part of a project to create a virtual adult e-learning platform that will provide a single digital environment for conducting online degree training coursesof a professional qualification or part of a profession and online training courses for the acquisition of key competences for which this is possible. Online learning will be conducted through virtual classrooms, virtual libraries, virtual labs for hands-on vocational training and virtualvirtual laboratories for the implementation of practical tasks in key competences for which this is possible. The virtual e-learning platform will contain electronic learning resources (e-learning materials, e-aids, interactive lessons, e-tests, assignments, etc.),which will provide opportunities for independent learning by individuals.
