- The subject of this public procurement is "Construction of a control center for monitoring and management of intelligent transport systems" In this sense, the purpose of the public procurement is comprehensive planning, construction and maintenance of a control center for monitoring and management of ITS systems The republican road network, through the construction and allocation of premises for the needs of the Control Center, construction of IT infrastructure, integration of a management system with the corresponding licensing, creation of functional operator workplaces and a video wall, development of an external integration layer and connection of the current ITS systems of API.
The control center aims to unify the information from the currently built ITS systems, to modernize their control in real time, to give adequate samples for decision-making in view of road safety and prevention incidents and provide a stable basis for building new modern ITS systems.
The following activities should be carried out during the implementation of this public procurement:
• Activity 1: Systematic and logical design and preparation of a technical project for working premises
•Activity 2: Construction and allocation of premises for the needs of the Control Center for monitoring and management of ITS.
-Construction of the necessary partition walls to separate a work room, a server room, a recreation room.
- Construction of an electrical panel and electrical installation for the needs of the control center.
