• Object "Improvement of the riverside area of ​​the Yantra River, in the section between the bridge on "Dr. N. Vasiliadi" street and the bridge on "Hr. Botev" street, Gabrovo is part of the CITI "Shores of the Modern - a complex of measures to create a green, innovative and inclusive urban environment in Gabrovo and Plovdiv" and CITI "Synergy for new opportunities". The financing of the object will be carried out under two programs - the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027 and the "Environment" Program 2021-2027. The developed investment project includes:  “Zone Right Bank", including "Right Bank Area - North" and "Right Bank Area - South";  "Left Bank Zone", including "Left Bank Zone - North" and "Left Bank Zone";  Displacement of existing electrical equipment - substation "Sports Hall" and cable electrical lines;  Pedestrian Bridge - Important: "Pedestrian Bridge" object is not in the scope of this order!!! According to the current PUP - RAP of the town of Gabrovo, the project areas located on both banks are planned in accordance with an approved and effective amendment to the plan, which concerns: • PUP of the Gabrovo CCH - East (stage III) - regarding the area on the right (eastern) bank; • PUP of CGCH Gabrovo - west (stage II) - regarding the area of ​​the left (west) bank. The partial amendment of the PUP - PRZ, presupposed by the current investment intention and project, was approved by the Decree of ObS-Gabrovo No. 224/27.11.2025, entered into force on 26.01.2026.
