• Carrying out a compliance assessment of an investment project and exercising construction supervision during the implementation of the CMR of a site: "Sustainable energy renovation through the implementation of energy measures... The scope of the order includes the exercise of construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project for the site: "Sustainable energy renovation through the implementation of energy efficiency measures in a multi-family residential building, 15-17 Gagarin St., entrance A and entrance B, Simeonovgrad". The contractor should carry out the activities in accordance with the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), the by-laws on its implementation and all applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring the full scope of the obligations of construction supervision consultant including: • exercise of construction supervision until the construction is put into operation; • assessment of the compliance of the investment project and preparation of the necessary reports; • performing the functions of coordination of construction safety and health; • assistance to the contracting authority in coordination, approval and commissioning of the construction; • performance of all accompanying and administrative activities provided for in the current regulations.
