• Description:
• The subject of the order is the execution of construction and installation works (SMR) for the purpose of replacing window frames in student dormitories of the Technical University - Sofia, according to specific positions: Separate item 1: "External joinery replacement of student dormitory No. 59, entrance A and entrance B of Technical University - Sofia". Separate item 2: "Replacement of external joinery of student dormitory No. 59, entrance B and entrance D of the Technical University - Sofia". Requirements for the scope of the individual types of construction and assembly works to be performed the subject of the order. Dismantling: Dismantling of existing windows and metal window sills, incl. carrying, loading and unloading. Installation: Delivery and installation of external PVC windows from min 5 chamber profiles with double glazing of "K" glass and coefficient of heat transfer Umax = 1.4 W/m2K - color white. Lubrication, plastering and painting with latex on the inside of the windows up to 25 cm wide, incl. corner moldings. Delivery and installation of PVC window sills with a width of up to 15 cm on the inside of the windows, incl. plugs. Cleaning and plastering with terracol on an external joint. Delivery and installation of aluminum window sills with a width of up to 35 cm on facade windows. The subject of the specific position is "Replacement of external joinery of student dormitory No. 59, entrance A and entrance B of Technical University - Sofia". The objects of this order fall into the third category in the sense of Ordinance No. 1 on the nomenclature for the types of constructions and ZUT.
