• Description:
• The repair, construction and installation works that are the subject of the order cover the following parts: Architectural and construction (AS), Water supply and sewerage (VV), Electrical installations (EL), Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and include: Dismantling work on preparation of the construction site; Maintenance and emergency repair of sanitary units - partial cladding with faience on walls and terracotta on the floor, plastering and/or patching on walls and ceilings, painting works; Maintenance and emergency repair of halls - Partial replacement of the flooring, latex painting, light painting of wooden frames (doors) and metal surfaces (radiators and pipes), replacement of faience; Maintenance and emergency repair of corridors, lobbies and common areas - Patching plaster plastering and/or gypsum putty on walls and ceilings, painting with latex, light painting on walls and windows, replacement of flooring with terracotta and granite tiles; Maintenance and emergency repair of windows - replacement of glass and double-glazed windows; Maintenance and emergency repair, relating to the replacement of water pipes for hot and cold water, including connecting parts of water installations, replacement of sewer pipes, replacement of sanitary ware and fittings; Maintenance and emergency repair of floor electrical panels, repair of electrical installations, prevention and repair of substations; Maintenance and emergency repair of HVAC installations - Replacement of pipes, radiators, fittings, etc. Warranty support of the completed construction and installation work...
