Description:
The subject of this public procurement includes the following consultancy services - assessment of the conformity of the investment project under Art. 166, para 1, item 1 of the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT); Exercise construction supervision during construction, incl. preparation of Final report and preparation of a technical passport of the construction under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1, in connection with Art. 168, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act, as well as an examination for establishing the technical characteristics of buildings related to the requirements of Art. 169, para. 1 and 3 of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation of a technical passport.
Public Order includes the following 3 (three) lots:
Lot 1-conformity assessment and exercise of construction supervision during the construction of a site: "construction works of a substation 400 kVA for the needs of a garage of the National Assembly, Sofia, 2 Iskar Str.;
Lot 2 - Inspection and preparation of a technical passport of the buildings of the garage of the National Assembly, Sofia, 2 Iskar Str.;
Lot No. 3-conformity assessment and exercise of construction supervision during the construction of a site: "CMP-replacement of the dashboard HN in a substation and a power cable between GRT and a substation at the Holiday Base of the NA-Velingrad "
