Description:
The repair construction and installation works that are the object of the order cover the following parts: Architectural and construction (AC), Water supply and sewerage (VV), Electrical installations (EL), Roofing and waterproofing works and Joinery, and include:
maintenance and emergency repair of sanitary units - partialfacing with ceramic tiles on the walls and granite tiles on the floor, making plaster and/or patching walls and ceilings, changing doors, changing sanitary ware;
maintenance and emergency repair of windows - replacement of single panes and double-glazed windows;
maintenance and emergency repair of roofs - partial replacement of hydroisolationlation and tin works;
maintenance and emergency repair of plumbing installations - replacement of water pipes for hot and cold water, including connecting parts of water installations, replacement of sewage pipes.
