"Selection of contractors to carry out an energy efficiency survey and energy efficiency certification, preparation of a survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 (items 1 - 5) and para. 3 of ZUT, architectural survey and technical passport of the building in connection with the submission of project proposals under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - STAGE I", investment "Energy efficiency in the building stock" under component 4 "Low carbon economy" financed by the National Plan for Reconstruction andsustainability of multi-family residential buildings on the territory of the Municipality of Burgas in 12 separate positions. The scope, main parameters and conditions under which the activities included in the public procurement will be performed are defined in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 4).
