- Carrying out emergency repairs related to the maintenance of sewage networks and related facilities, operated by "Sofiiska voda" JSC, as well as construction of new building sewage diversions (SKO... The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a framework contract agreement for emergency repairs related to the maintenance of sewage networks and related facilities, operated by "Sofiiska voda" JSC, as well as construction of new building sewage diversions (SKO). The works will be carried out on the territory of the Metropolitan Municipality. The contractors are obliged to provide the necessary manpower, transport, facilities, mechanization, equipment and materials for the purpose of quality performance and within the period of time assigned by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement. The contractors are obliged to perform the works under the framework agreement within the time limits set according to Table No. 1 - "Response time" from item 8 of Section A: "Technical assignment - subject of the Contract". Contractors undertake to ensure permanent 24-hour emergency response in emergency situations, when and as requested by the Employer. The Contractors are not guaranteed quantities of the work assigned under the framework agreement.
