• The object of this public procurement is a SERVICE - (provision of services) in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act with the Subject: "Conducting studies and preparation of PUP, Technical design and implementation of Author's supervision for Object: "Reconstruction of a water supply for the village of Kostel" for the improvement of living standards, through the reconstruction of the water supply for the population of the village of Kostel and with the following specific activities: Main activities at the detailed development plan stage: MAIN ACTIVITY #1 - Organizing and execution of exploratory works and collection of the necessary information for the preparation of a detailed layout plan; MAIN ACTIVITY #2 - (PUP) - Organization and preparation of a detailed layout plan; MAIN ACTIVITY #3 - Organization and implementation of activities necessary to create and ensure safe and healthy working conditions and fire safety at the workplace of providing the service at the detailed planning stage; MAIN ACTIVITY #4 - Organization and implementation of activities necessary to create and ensure the necessary conditions for preventing and/or minimizing environmental pollution of air, water, soil from the implementation of the activities subject to the service at the stage of the detailed development plan; MAIN ACTIVITY #5 - Organizing and printing, assembly and delivery of a detailed layout plan to the contracting authority; MAIN ACTIVITY #6 - Organizes and supports the Employer in the process of agreeing a detailed layout plan with operational...
