- Carrying out rescue terrain archaeological studies for construction and storage system of Natural Gas of Bulgartransgaz EAD:
Lot # 1: search for archaeological sites;
Lot 2: performing rescue archaeological excavations;
Lot No 3: Performing archeological observation.
The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following activities as follows:
For a separate Item # 1:
148, para. 2 of the LCN;
2. adoption of the field archaeological studies or completed their stage in connection with Art. 158a of the Law on Public Procurement and in accordance with the conditions of Chapter Cove "A" of Ordinance No. H-00-0001.
3. Preparation of terrain documentation and its submission in accordance with Chapter Four of Ordinance No. H-00-0001, in accordance with Art. 23, para. 2 and Art. 25 of The ordinance;
4. Searching for archeological sites.
For Lot No 2:
1. Obtaining a permit to carry out field Archaeological studies, in accordance with Art. 148, para. 2 of the LCN;
2. Activities for adoption of field archaeological studies or ended their stage in connection With Art. 158a of the Law on Public Procurement and in accordance with the conditions of Chapter Cove "A" of Ordinance No. H-00-0001.
3. Preparation of terrain documentation and its submission in accordance with Chapter Four of Ordinance No. H-00-0001, in accordance with Art. 23, para. 2 and Art. 25 of the Ordinance;
4. Perform rescue archaeological excavations.
