• Description:
• The public order will be executed under the Project: "Reconstruction of the village water supply network of the village of Belovitsa, Hisarya municipality", financed under Administrative Contract No. 16/Г.6/01/003911-C01 for the provision of grant-in-aid under a strategic plan for development of agriculture and rural areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027 under Intervention "II.G.6 - Investments in basic services and small-scale infrastructure in rural areas". The subject of the order includes the following activities by the construction supervisor (Consultant): 4.1. Exercise of construction supervision - Exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the construction and installation works of the construction, according to the requirements of the ZUT and the applicable regulations. - Fulfilling the functions of a safety and health coordinator at the construction stage according to the requirements of Art. 5, para. 3 of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 for the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when carrying out construction and assembly works; - Assessment of compliance with the basic requirements for constructions according to Art. 142, para. 5 and para. 6, item 2, in connection with Art. 142, para. 4 of the ZUT in the cases of changes under Art. 154, paragraph 5 of the Technical Design of Construction; - Preparation of the Technical construction passport according to Art. 176a and 176b of ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on drawing up technical passports of constructions; - Preparation of a Final Report on the construction, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of ZUT, for in...
