• Description:
• The main purpose of the order is: Providing information and publicity to the public about the phased implementation of the project activities. Specific objectives: Implementation of the envisaged uniform measures are based on Regulation (EU) No. 1060/2021 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 (Regulation 1060/2021) to determine generally applicable provisions for the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, The Just Transition Fund, the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the Financial Support Instrument for Border Management and Visa Policy described in the Single Beneficiary's Manual for the Application of Visibility Rules, transparency and communication 2021-2027 Attracting and increasing public interest in the project. Promotion of the project, program, EU financial support, through the use of visual elements, branding, statements, information events and others measures for visibility, transparency and communication, in order to provide information and publicity to the general public about the activities carried out and the results achieved under the project. The present order in the part under separate item No. 3 and 5 is "reserved public procurement" according to Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of which is included in the List of goods and services according to the General Glossary of Terms, which are intended for the awarding of specialized goods...
