"CHOOSING A CONTRACTOR TO CARRY OUT AN ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPLIANCE OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS AND THE EXERCISE OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION WHEN PERFORMING A SMR FOR THE SITE: "RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING MAIN SUPPLY WATER PIPELINE OF THE TOWN OF KRESNA, VILLAGE DOLNA GRADESHNITSA, VILLAGE VLAHI AND VILLAGE SLIVNITSA, MUNICIPALITY OF KRESNA” FROM VODOHVASTHANE "SCHIVING" AND THE "DAIRY" THE CONTRACTOR WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: Assessment of the compliance of investment projects with the basic requirements for constructions in the sense of Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the ZUT, in compliance with the requirements of Art. 142, para. 5 of the ZUT; Assessment for the compliance of the "Constructive" part of the investment projects within the meaning of Art. 142, para. 10 of the ZUT (if necessary) Exercise of construction supervision during construction, according to Art. 166 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT). The range of the activities of carrying out construction supervision during construction is according to Art. 168 of the ZUT, including coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation.
