• The subject of the order is "Selection of an operator for the operation and maintenance of the Regional landfill for non-hazardous waste of the municipalities of Yambol, Sliven, Nova Zagora, Tundzha and Straldzha".
  The selection of an operator according to the order of the ZOP is planned to take place, according to the specific requirements of the regulatory framework (ZUO, Ordinance No. 6 of August 27, 2013 on the conditions and requirements for the construction and operation of landfills and other facilities and installations for the recovery and disposal of waste) related to:
  environmentally friendly waste management and treatment;
  safe operation of Cell No. 2 and associated facilities and installations;
  procedures for control, monitoring and accountability of activities;
  ensuring healthy and safe working conditions;
  performance of the activities by qualified and trained personnel involved in the operation of Cell 2 of the Regional Depot
  The execution of the contract for the public the order will be financed with the proceeds from the "household waste" fee of the municipalities of Yambol, Sliven, Nova Zagora, Tundzha and Straldzha.
