• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes the issuance, provision and administration /loading/ of food vouchers on electronic media within the meaning of "Ordinance No. 7 of July 9, 2003 on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to carry out activities as a voucher operator food on paper and electronic medium, for issuing food vouchers on electronic medium, the characteristics of the issued food vouchers on electronic medium and carrying out activities as an operator" (briefly called Ordinance No. 7 of July 9, 2003), in conjunction with Article 209a, paragraph 2 of the ZKPO for workers and employees of "UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" JSC, as well as persons with whom the enterprise has concluded management and control contracts - current and future ones, within the validity period of the contract for awarding the order.
  The nominal estimated value of food vouchers of electronic media for one worker/employee is up to BGN 200 per month for a period of 12 months. The estimated number of employees who will receive monthly food vouchers in electronic form is 910.
  The estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 2,186,002.00 excluding VAT and includes both the face value of the vouchers and all amounts accompanying their issuance, delivery and loading.
