Description:
1. Delivery of electricity must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Energy Act (EA), rules for trade in electricity (Ptee) and rules for measuring the quantity of electricity (PIKEE).
2. The execution of the subject of the order includesPerforming the following main activities:
2.1. Delivery of the required quantities of net active electricity for low voltage referred to in item 2.4 of the technical requirements and specifications, Annex 1 to this documentation, with possible deviations in positive or negativedirection. The estimated amount of electricity of 51 MWh does not oblige the contracting authority to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the amount consumed depending on the need, with the contractor obliged to deliver the required amount of electricity per day,for a month and for the whole delivery period.
2.2. Preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the sites of the contracting authority of the free market for electricity and perform the full procedure for their registration.
2.3. Including the contracting authority as an indirect member of the balancing group ofThe contractor according to the "Electricity Trade Rules" (PEEE) without the contracting authority paying a registration and participation fee.
2.4. Energy monitoring, forecasting electricity consumption of the contracting authority and compiling hourly consumption schedules. Notification...
