Description:
1. Delivery of electricity must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Energy Act, Electricity Trade Rules (PEE) and rules for measuring the amount of electricity (PIKEE).
2. The execution of the subject of the order includesPerforming the following main activities:
2.1. PredictedThe amount of electricity of 90 MWh does not oblige the contracting authority to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the amount consumed depending on the need, with the contractor obliged to deliver the required amount of electricity per day, for a month and for the month and forthe whole delivery period.
2.2. Preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the site of the contracting authority of the free market for electricity and carry out the full procedure for their registration without the contracting authority to pay.
2.3. Including the contracting authority as an indirect member of the balancingGroup of the contractor according to Ptee, without the contracting authority paying a registration and participation fee.
