- The purpose of the public procurement is to be determined by a contractor to carry out the activities for repairing motor vehicles owned by the RIA - Regional Road Administration - Pazardzhik, described in Annex 2- List of vehicles to be repaired in accordance with the requirements andThe manufacturer's standards and the conditions for the relevant brands and models. This will provide the activities described in Annex 1 - Taxation.Delivery and/or replacement of auto parts, units, parts and materials of motor vehicles, GTP of cars owned by the RIA - Regional Road Administration - Pazardzhik, in accordance with Annex 1 - technical assignment and Annex 2 - List of cars.
In Annex 2- List of cars,There may be a change in the documentation. The contracting authority determines the estimated quantities of motor vehicles by reserving the right in the course of the performance of the contract to change these quantities and their original location in the purchase and sale of new vehicles or the removal of operation(scrapping) of vehicles from its fleet and transfer of cars from the CA to the RIA to the specialized units and vice versa, as well as in other cases. Change in the list of vehicles under Annex No 2 of this documentation is carried out by a notification letter to the contractor.
