Description:
Choosing a contractor for the supply of food for the needs of the children's and social establishments on the territory of Blagoevgrad Municipality in lots:
Lot 1- "Delivery of fish";
Lot 2- Delivery of packaged sugar products;
Lot # 3-"Delivery packaged food and spices ";
Lot 4- "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables";
Lot 5- "Delivery of fruit and vegetable cans"
Foods and drinks included in the list of biological foodstuffs must be
produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and
of the Council of May 30, 2018 on the organic production and labeling of biological
Products and for cancellation of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of the Council and with its implementation acts.
List of biological foods, by groups:
- milk, dairy products;
- meat and meat products;
- fish and fish products;
- oils and fats;
-cereals and cereal foods;
- stews;
- vegetables - raw, canned, frozen, dried, fermented, vegetable juices;
- Fruits - fresh, frozen, dried, canned, in the form of nectars and fruit juices,
- Nuts and oilseeds.
The contracting authority applies this requirement for food and drink supplies as follows:
