The subject of this public procurement is "The selection of an electricity supplier and the coordinator of a balancing group for sites of the Municipality of Valchi Dol, in two lots:
Lot # 1: "Choosing an electricity supplier and a balancing group for street lighting group on the territory of Vulchi Dol Municipality, for a period of 24 months
Lot 2: "Election of an electricity supplier and coordinator of a balancing group for objects owned by Vulchi Dol Municipality" for a period of 24 months.

The subject of the present lot is the delivery and balancing of certain quantities of net active electricity for street Lighting on the territory of Vulchi Dol Municipality, annexed at the level of low voltage, detailed in the technical specification, for each of the separate items of the contract, by a licensed electricity supplier and a balancing group coordinator, complete administration of Information flow with ESO EAD, as well as the cost of unbalanced costs for the objects of the contracting authority specified in the annexes to the technical specification.
