Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the delivery and balancing of certain quantities of net active electricity for objects of Dalgopol Municipality, connected at the level of medium voltage, detailed in the technical specification, by a licensed electricity and coordinator provider of a standard balancing group. The subject of the contract also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutory fees, network services and excise duty. They will be paid by the contracting authority. In connection with the above, the contractor will be concluded for combination services within the meaning of Article 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PEEE /rules for trade in electricity /.
