Public contract aims to choose an electricity and coordinator providerof a balancing group, in accordance with the provisions of the rules for trade in electricity (PEE), by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 from Ptee. Delivery should ensure continuity of electricity supply and supply electricity with quality and bythe order, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA) and other normative acts governing public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the regulations to the Energy Act), the rules for trade in electricity (PTEE) and the rules of measurementof the amount of electricity (PIKE).
