Subject of the order is the delivery of net active electricity at the Low voltage leveland fulfilling the duties of a balancing group coordinator. Relationships related to the supply of electricity (including the Ordinances to the Energy Act, the rules for trade in electricity (PEEE) and the rules for measuring the quantity of electricity (PIKEE).
Delivery of net active electricity toLow voltage level is carried out at freely agreed prices, according to Art. 100 - 103 of the Energy Act (EA).
The contract is concluded for a period of 12 (twelve) months and its implementation starts from the date of registration of the first delivery schedule.
