The subject of the order is delivery of net active electricity at the "low voltage" level and fulfilling the obligations of a balancing group coordinator.
Delivery should be delivered electricity of quality and in order, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA) and other normative acts that regulate Public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the Regulations to the Energy Act, the rules for trade in electricity (Ptee) and the rules for measuring the quantity of electricity (PIKEE).
Delivery of Net Active Electric Energy at the Low Voltage level is carried out at freely agreed prices, according to Art. 100 - 103 of the Energy Act (EA).
The contract is concluded for a period of 12 (twelve) months and its implementation starts from the date of registration of the first delivery schedule.
