For the purposes of this documentation, this name isIndicates the site including all facilities, installations and mechanization, which will operate the future contractor, as indicated in the CP and the technical specifications. The operator should perform the following activities related to:
Acceptance of Code waste according to the CP for "Regional Center forWaste Management - Kardzhali ";
Operation of Regional Depot for MSW - Cells 2, 3 and 4;
Monitoring, in accordance with the conditions of Cr.as well as the procedure for keeping public registers; Keeping accounting for the quantities of recyclable waste materials formed on the site and transmitted for recycling, as well as for the quantities of compost; documentation and reporting according to Kr.
