The service includes: delivery, service and management of electronic food vouchers for employees of Teteven Municipality, mayoralties on the territory ofThe Municipality of Teteven and SUDSP Teteven, the execution of the contract should be carried out by delivery/loading of vouchers for food on electronic medium within the meaning of Art. 209a of the Corporate Income Tax Act by an "operator" within the meaning of §. 1, item 2 of the DR of Ordinance No. 7 of MLSP and MF of09.07.2003 For the conditions and procedure for issuing and withdrawing permission to carry out activity as an operator of vouchers for food on paper and electronic, for issuing vouchers for food on electronic medium, the characteristics of the issued vouchers for food on electronic medium and implementationactivity as an operator.
