• Description:
• The subject of this order is a service including cleaning of the easement area (easement) affecting land properties in forest and non-forest (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed areas for restoration) territories of power lines (Overhead Line (HV)) 220 kV Shipka, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 220 kV Shipka overhead line was put into operation in 1959, on the territory of the Plovdiv Metropolitan Municipality Department, Plovdiv Department. VL 220 kV Shipka has a nominal voltage of 220 kV, with one triple on the pole line and horizontal arrangement of the phase wires. The route of the 220 kV Shipka overhead line passes through different categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, some of which lack roads, and mechanized access is difficult. The cleaning of easement is an activity that includes: - removal of trees, bushes and branches in the easement, on land properties in forest territories, representing clearing; - removal and pruning of single trees, bushes and branches in the easement on land properties outside forest areas; - removal of the cut wood mass to the left and/or right border of the easement, so that the strip between the end wires is freed; - felling and transportation of wood to temporary storage (logging). Cleaning the Easement (Prosekata) is imposed in connection with the requirements of Art. 765 of the NTEECM and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on the easements of energy sites, by removing trees, bushes and shoots and removing the cut trees, branches, plants...
