Description:
With this procedure, the Central Purchase Authority (CSC) aims to aim to execute the execution of a public procurement by concluding a framework agreement for the complex cleaning of buildings, work and service premises entrusted to the management and disposal of executive bodies and their Administrations throughout the country, with the possibility of involvement of disinfectant processing activities, if necessary.
The technical specification of the public procurement includes environmental criteria in accordance with Ordinance No. H-1 of July 23, 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain Products subject to public procurement.
In addition to cleaning services provided with eco -friendly products, the technical specification also includes disinfectant treatment services against viral disease They will be able to benefit as needed. Disinfection preparations should be entered in a register of biocides for which a permit has been issued to the market under the Law on Protection against the Harmful Impact of Chemicals and Mixtures Posted on the Ministry's website of healthcare: http://www.mh.government.bg/en/administrativni-uslugi/registri/registar-na-biotsidnite-preparati/, or in an equivalent register.
