Description:
The building of the "Ivan Vazov" National Theater is a unique architectural and construction immovable cultural value, with the category of "national importance".
As a result of heavy rains in September 2022, the building was flooded and the interior flooded with sewage, breaking of pipes, brokenon wall coverings and treatments.
In fulfillment of the requirements of art. 71, para. 1 of the Civil Code, activities should be carried out to eliminate the consequences, restore the integrity of walls and ornaments, functionality of the sewage network and preserve the building from subsequent overflowsvania. To achieve this goal, project documentation was prepared for carrying out current and emergency repairs according to Art. 83, item 1 (c) of the Civil Code, which was approved by the Ministry of Culture. Available investment project with Architecture, Plumbing and Electrical parts, as the types of activities and quantities are listedus in detail in the investment project and Annex to Form No. 3_Detail CCC.
