• "Collection and transportation of household waste, placement and maintenance of containers for household waste, summer and winter cleaning of streets and other places for public use on the territory of Razgra... For the needs of the order, it is foreseen: provision and maintenance of cleanliness, summer cleaning, snow removal and winter maintenance of streets and places for public use on the territory of the city of Razgrad and settlements of the municipality of Razgrad; transportation and unloading of the collected waste only at the installations and facilities to reg. landfill for non-hazardous waste, city of Razgrad, and avoiding risks of irregular waste formation. landfills; transportation of waste collected by the population during officially announced city-wide or national events or initiatives for sanitizing residential areas; cleaning of streets and sidewalks after traffic accidents; reducing the risk of pollution of streets and places for public use on the territory of the city of Razgrad and residential areas of the municipality of Razgrad; minimizing the risks to human health and the environment; improving the ecological and physical infrastructures; improvement of sanitary-hyg. conditions in our place from the territory of Razgrad Municipality; construction and/or maintenance of a GPS system for collecting and processing data from the garbage collection vehicles, which directly perform activities according to the order, with provided access to the contractor's system to control the quality of the services performed and to specify the quantity and volume of the work performed if necessary; control and inspection for permitted contamination around the waste containers and on the transportation route; ensuring quality performance of the service, in compliance with the requirements of the ZUO, ZOO, ZDvP and all other normative acts related to the subject of the port.
