• Description of the subject of the public procurement: "Collection and transportation of household waste on the territory of the municipality of Yablanitsa". The collection and transportation of household waste will be carried out in the 9 settlements of the municipality of Yablanitsa, described in detail in item 1 from Appendix No. 1 "Technical specifications of the order" to this documentation. 2. The subject of this public procurement are the following services for collection and transportation of household waste, as follows: delivery, placement and maintenance of containers for household waste; collection of household waste from the collection and transportation points to the Regional Waste Management System - town of Lukovit; washing and disinfection of household waste storage containers (containers and buckets). C. Forecast value. The maximum estimated value of the order is EUR 141,897.29 /one hundred and forty-one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven euros and twenty-nine eurocents/ incl. VAT. D. Updating the Agreed Price. The proposed unit prices for execution of the assigned activities are updated according to Art. 116, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Civil Code in the presence of one of the following conditions: 1. In the event of a change in the minimum wage established by law for the country, as well as the minimum insurance thresholds. The corresponding element of the pricing is indexed with the percentage change of MP3 and/or with the percentage change of the minimum insurance threshold; 2.
