• Collection of sums for plumbing services from users of "Water Supply and Sewerage" EAD, Burgas", in 4 (four) separate items, as follows: Separate item 1 - Collection of cash amounts for water and sewerage services at separate points of the contractor the territory of the country, with software and resources of the contractor; Separate position 2 - Collection of cash sums for B and C services in separate points in settlements in Burgas Region, with software and resources of the contractor; Separate item 3 - Collection of amounts for B and C services through payment cards issued by banks and related payment operations; Separate item 4 - Collection of cash sums for B and C services on invoices at designated points and with the resources of the contractor and registration of the collected invoices in compatible data exchange. For the purposes of this order, the contracting authority will assign separate items 1, 2 and 3 by conducting a procedure of the type "Open procedure" under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, at an estimated value of EUR 1,431,000.00 excluding VAT. Separated item 4 is assigned according to the order valid for its individual value, on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, through direct assignment under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ZOP, at an estimated value of EUR 24,000.00 excluding VAT. Participants offer a percentage commission (up to 1.2% of the collected sums). The transfer of the information about the translations should take place via the Internet, according to a protocol agreed between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority.
