- The subject of the public procurement is activities for the collection, transportation and disposal by combustion and decontamination by autoclave with subsequent disposal of hazardous waste from the activity of Hospital "St. Anna" - Sofia AD. The collection is carried out by the dumping site of the medical establishment. The collection and transportation of hazardous waste should be carried out on a schedule. Number of visits to the medical establishment - at least 3 times a week (according to a well -approved schedule), and, if necessary, with an additional fax request or e -mail of the contractor. Reaction time at an extraordinary call is at the suggestion of the participant, in hours, but not more than 2 hours from the signal. The service is provided by transport owned by the contractor. The CONTRACTOR is obliged to carry out the collection of hazardous waste with its own containers of 240 liters, /minimum 90 pieces /, free of charge of the contracting authority for the term of the contract. The quantities of the activities of the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure will depend on the specific requested needs of the contracting authority for the term of the contract - 36 months from its conclusion. Participant only submits one offer, According to the conditions specified in the documentation for participation, for the complete implementation of all contract activities, and no participation in unit activities and submission of options is allowed.
